The Client Goal
In previous years, the GeekWire Awards ceremony presentation didn’t quite receive the positive response GeekWire was hoping for. For 2014, GeekWire wanted something new, approaching us to create something exciting, funny, and cohesive to drive the awards show and improve audience engagement and enthusiasm.
The Solution
We knew a simple slideshow couldn’t capture the full essence of the GeekWire Awards. Using the robot character we created for the GeekWire Awards logo, we developed unique bumper videos to introduce each award category. These bumpers generated buzz among attendees to achieve GeekWire’s goal of improved audience reception. The bumper videos quickly became some of the most talked-about features of the 2014 GeekWire Awards.
