The Client Goal
RGI Corporation helps its clients locate and compare competitive grant opportunities from federal and state agencies by conducting research specific to their clients’ goals. They produce a report for site coordinators, directors, and school board members at the forefront of decision-making to show the results and success of GEAR UP programs; these key audience members work to keep grant-funded programs on track. RGI felt the format of their report needed an update to carry more visual impact.
We devised a customizable solution so that RGI Corporation could personalize reports with school-specific date, school names, and logos. A heavy emphasis on data visualization allows busy viewers to quickly locate and retain key information. Text is minimal for ease of use, increasing the prominence of the visuals throughout. The result is a brief but information-packed report that can be easily perused or consumed in-depth to understand the success of grant programs around the country.
