Killer Visual Strategies was founded as Killer Infographics in 2010. Although we got our start making infographics, our studio soon began delivering high-quality animation in the form of motion graphics as our agency’s 2nd major offering. This means we’ve created a wealth of animated videos that we’re excited to share with you!

Some of the Best Motion Graphics We’ve Produced at Our Animation Agency

Here you’ll find a sampling of the best videos we’ve created for clients in industries from government to health care, tech to finance. Each one was created by our in-house team of content editors, designers, animators, and producers, and tailored specifically to the goals of that project. That means we began with a kickoff to introduce the project team and learn more about the company, audience, goals, and preferences. This process ensures that no 2 videos are alike. Every one of our clients ends up with a video that is strategically crafted to appeal to their target audience.

It’s certainly hard to pick favorites, so if you want to see even more animated videos, you can check out our full portfolio of motion graphics. In the meantime, here’s a sample of the variety of animations, live-action overlays, and more branded video content that our agency has produced.

Visual Language & Campaign for Alternative Fuels & Technologies

Power and transportation technology specialists Cummins have ample and ongoing visual communication needs. Knowing this, we first worked with them to develop a visual language that would suit internal and external audiences alike. From there, we created diverse visual content to share their vision for the future of fuels and transportation. One such piece was a motion graphic introducing their PowerDrive™ technologies.

Short-Form Animated Videos for Sports Technology

When the sports-equipment manufacturers at Riddell and the 3D-printing specialists at Carbon wanted to develop a revolutionary football helmet, they joined forces to make it happen. They wanted to produce a design that was safer and more breathable than any other helmet by creating a customized interior helmet liner. And they needed an agency to develop animations showcasing the unique process of printing the liners. The team at Killer Visual Strategies’ in-house studio in Seattle created a series of short-form motion graphics, or GIFs, to meet this goal.

Visual Campaign for a Wholesale Apparel Company

Custom apparel provider Sportiqe was pursuing a renewed focus on wholesale and the B2B market. To establish an advantage over lower-priced competitors, they knew that an engaging and consistent visual presence would be key. So Killer first helped Sportiqe to update its look and feel. Next, our studio developed a motion graphic detailing the value of Sportiqe products. We then went on to update their homepage and develop a brochure explaining the company’s production process.

Animated Video Celebrating 10 Years in Real Estate

With a 10th-anniversary celebration coming up and a 3-week deadline looming, Zillow needed a video showcasing the company’s highlights over the past decade — and fast. We worked with the team at Zillow to create an animated timeline sharing key moments in the organization’s history. The story begins with their launch in 2006. It follows milestones all the way to the release of their Premier Agent platform in 2015, finally landing on the 10-year mark in February 2016. The video also sets the tone for achievements over the next decade.

Cinematic Video on Women in Healthcare Technology

For its 2016 GeekWire Awards event, GeekWire wanted an intro video produced by a local animation agency that not only showcased the local Seattle tech scene, but placed special emphasis on the success of women in tech. With that in mind, the team at Killer created a fictional character named Allison, who represented female leaders and innovators. This cinematic motion graphic follows Allison throughout her life. She loses a loved one as a child, but this experience motivates her to achieve a medical breakthrough that would change lives forever.

Unique Animated Video on the Deep Web

EPIX was preparing to launch a new documentary called Deep Web. To amp up the pending release, we worked with them to develop an explainer video. This motion graphic explains concepts like the history of the Silk Road and how the deep web works. We looked to move away from the common metaphors that other deep-web content hubs had produced. Instead, we created a unique concept with abstract art direction to stand out from the crowd.

Visual Campaign in Support of the Arts

The National Endowment for the Arts needed a visual refresh that could speak to a wide array of audiences — most notably legislators, government officials, millennials, and Generation Z. Killer was up to the challenge. We crafted a visual identity that would carry through diverse materials, from motion graphics to infographics, interactive content, print collateral, and much more. This motion graphic was just one of the many pieces we’ve created for the NEA during our multi-year engagement.
