Name: Max Branson
Title: Senior Content Editor

State your job description:
I write and edit content for static, interactive, and motion projects.

How did you come to work at Killer Infographics?
Short answer: Craigslist. Long answer: I moved to Seattle from Michigan about a year and a half ago. My goal was to find a writing/editing gig at a company with a great culture, and — after a few months of job hunting — Killer revealed itself as the perfect opportunity.

What do you enjoy most about working at Killer?
To borrow a response from everybody else who works here, it’s the people. My coworkers are my friends, and that makes my days so much more enjoyable.

What has been your favorite project and why? (Does not have to be a project you worked on).  Every project brings something special.
All the projects we’ve done for Red Bull Music Academy have been a blast. The Evolution of Analog Distortion was especially fun to research and write.

What is your favorite band at the moment? I’ll say Beach House, because I saw them last night — and because I want to appear hip.

Any special accomplishments/awards?
I won the science fair in 5th grade!

Apart from your work at Killer Infographics, what are some side projects or hobbies you have outside of the office?
I spend my free time reading, writing, and hanging out with my girlfriend.
